ISAHP 2022 Guidelines

Submitting Papers

  1. Please LOGIN and submit your extended abstract that will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity. See more details on how to submit in the Submission Instructions.
  2. Please use the ISAHP2022 Paper Template when preparing your paper/extended abstract for submission. Each paper should not be more than 2 pages. Please submit the paper in PDF Format.
  3. Choose a track for your paper at the time of submission. The topics must be related to your paper. This information will be used by the committee for assigning appropriate reviewers and scheduling sessions.
  4. You may make changes in your submission until the deadline. After this date, you may no longer edit, re-submit, add co-author, re-order author listing, etc.
  5. Extended abstracts must be submitted by 14 NOV, 2022.
  6. Authors will be notified of the decision starting from 14 NOV, 2022.
  7. Each submission will be assigned a PAPER ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.

Poster presentations

  1. Please LOGIN and submit the abstract of your poster that will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity.
  2. To submit a poster presentation, first choose a track and Individual paper. Then indicate that you are submitting a poster presentation. See more details in the Submission Instructions.
  3. Only the title, abstract and authors are required for poster presentation to be accepted.
  4. You will also need to submit a pdf of your poster after the acceptance and before the date of the conference. Click here for information on how to make an effective poster and templates to get you started (1st link2nd link).
  5. Poster abstracts must be submitted by 14 NOV, 2022.
  6. Authors will be notified of the decision starting from 14 NOV, 2022.
  7. Each submission will be assigned an ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.
